Today computers have huge hard disks. A humongous hard disk not only improves one’s ability to store large amount of data, on the flip side, it also increases vulnerabilty to data loss, in case of hard disk damage.
To help a pC user in such situation, we have a Ginnie, a Ginnie called ‘Data Recovery software’.Some years back i suspected the ability of these Data Recovery softwares in satisfactorily recovering the data. But the perception changed when a friend got into data loss situation, and used one of the Data Recovery softwares available in the market.And to his utter surprise he was able to recover cent percent of his data.

i hear data is almost impossible to recover in the case of a head crash. do recovery softwares also work in this type of failure? btw, i came across a few helpful bits about hard disk failures at http://www.harddrives.com.mx
